ARTICLE 1 - PRICES
1.1 – The prices of our products are indicated in Euros inclusive of all tax, but excluding any handling or transport costs. (cf. availability and delivery).
1.2 - All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.
1.3 - MGC DIFFUSION reserves the right to change its prices at any moment, however, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in use at the time of order, subject to availability at this date.
1.4 – Reservation of ownership clause: the products remain the property of MGC DIFFUSION until the full price is cashed by MGC DIFFUSION.
ARTICLE 2 – METHOD OF PAYMENT

ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY
· Shipment:
(Subject to the availability the products) For shipments to France:
48 to 72 hour delivery for all France, using Colissimo Suivi (tracked package post)
For shipments abroad:
Delivery within 3 to 4 days for Europe. Please get in touch with us for the rest of the world (international Colissimo (package post)).
· Shipment costs:
The shipping costs are calculated on a fixed rate basis and are shown on your order form.
· Customs Restrictions:
Some laws limit the importation of certain products. Please make enquiries about the legislation in force in your country before ordering through our website.
· Customs duties
Customs or import duties are due when the package reaches its destination country. You must pay any possible additional customs clearance duties. We have no control over these duties and cannot anticipate them, since customs policies vary greatly from one country to another. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

ARTICLE 10 - GUARANTEES - RIGHT OF RETRACTION
According to article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has seven full days from the time his/her order is delivered to return the products to MGC DIFFUSION, to exchange them or seek a refund, without penalty, excluding the return shipment costs. Articles returned should be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Goods can be exchanged in our shops at no cost.
